Here&#8217;s how:During the meeting, select <strong>Show participants<\/strong> and <strong>choose Download attendee list.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"311\" height=\"125\" src=\"https:\/\/owa.sodexo-cn.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/81.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3254\" srcset=\"https:\/\/owa.sodexo-cn.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/81.jpg 311w, https:\/\/owa.sodexo-cn.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/81-300x121.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 311px) 100vw, 311px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The report will download as a CSV file that can be opened in Excel. The CSV file contains the name, join time, and leave time of all meeting attendees. Keep in mind that you&#8217;ll only be able to download the attendance report while the meeting is in progress and participants are still present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Only meeting organizers can download attendance reports. This option isn&#8217;t available to other attendees.<\/li><li>If attendees join a meeting before the organizer, their join times will match the time that the organizer joined the meeting.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">End a Teams meeting for everyone in attendance<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Meeting organizers have the option to end the meeting for all participants.
