[Excel]Two Excel Tips

This time we will introduce two tips for entering content in Excel.

Enter in multiple workbooks at the same time

When you have multiple workbooks that need to enter the same content at the same time, you can never have to enter the same content repeatedly in each table.

In fact, just hold down the CTRL key and select more than one workbook, and then press ENTER at the end of the list.

Quickly copy previous row or column contents

And sometimes, we may need to enter many of the same data in the same workbook, repeatedly input or one by one times of pasting, obviously very inefficient. This is how you can do this:

When you want to duplicate the previous line of content, you can select one area after the CTRL (D-down). The last line of content is copied.

Similarly, when you want to duplicate the previous column, you can select one area and press CTRL (R-right).
