How to set up a remote conference?
- Open PPT—Slide Show—Present Online—Office presentation service or Open PPT—File—Share—Present Online
- Present Online—Enable remote viewers to download the presentation（PS：Do not allow participants to download the document without ticking）–Connet
- Login ID（PS：Need to register as a Microsoft account with an email address）–Next —Enter password
- Share this link with remote viewers and then start the presentation—Start Presentation
How to watch the conference live ?
- Get the link shared by the speaker and open it in your browser (mobile, ipad, computer). You can see the shared PPT demo content later. It is worth mentioning: Participants can leave the speaker’s page and flip the page to view the contents of the PPT ,and can return to the speaker presentation anytime, anywhere .
