The Clipboard
WIN10 clipboard can save your clip history and reuse it. In the meantime, if you enable “cross-device synchronization” then the clip will synchronize to the cloud and you can copy it on other computers. Press the Windows logo + V key to view the clipboard.

Win10 has screenshot tool, press the Windows logo key + SHIFT + S key for screenshots and editing.
Emoticons
Win10 has some emojis, press the Windows logo key + “. “key.
