Can users configure email box in outlook themselves? Sure, they can. Read the following instructions, let you configure email box without ask for help.
The following Office version is Microsoft 365
First double-click Outlook, input your Sodexo email box, check the box “Let me set up my account manually” which under “Advanced options”. Click “Connect” and then select “Microsoft 365”.
Enter your email address and password to log in following the prompts. Then click “Next”.
If displayed “Account successfully added” then the email box has been set up successfully. Click “Done” to finish set up.
