IT cannot find the email password set by any user. If user forgets the email password, user can only apply for password initialization. There are three methods to apply for password initialization.
Apply through WeChat IT Service desk
Follow Sodexo official account and apply through it’s IT Service platform.
It is a paperless process and only supports the personal email owner to apply.
Apply through SSC
Contact the SSC of your department for application.
It is a paperless process and support for personal email account and site official email account to apply.
Apply through IT hotline
Download and fill out the form. Contact IT by phone and submit the form.
It needs to print out the form to fill in and support for personal email account and site official email account to apply.
