从该日期起，只有运行 Windows 11 且符合企业安全要求的设备才能访问企业应用程序、电子邮件、VPN 和其他业务服务。
个人自带设备（BYOD）的 Windows 设备怎么办？
访问索迪斯企业资源的 Windows 设备均受企业安全控制措施的约束，这些措施同样适用于个人自带设备（BYOD）。根据此政策，在 Microsoft Entra ID 中注册的个人 Windows 10 设备将被禁止访问企业资源。
为什么要进行此项变更？
微软已于 2025 年 10 月结束对 Windows 10 的主流支持。因此，Windows 10 设备不再接收常规安全更新，从而增加了我们组织的安全风险。
您需要做什么？
请确保在 2026 年 9 月 8 日之前将您的设备升级或更换为 Windows 11 设备。
如果您的设备由 IT 部门管理，当地 IT 支持团队将在需要时告知您升级流程。

UEM Update: Windows 10 Access Cutoff – 1 Sept 2026
To strengthen our security posture and prepare for the end of Windows 10 support, access to Sodexo corporate resources from Windows 10 devices will be blocked effective 8 September 2026.
From this date, only devices running Windows 11 and meeting corporate security requirements will be able to access corporate applications, email, VPN, and other business services.
What about personal (BYOD) Windows devices?
Access to Sodexo corporate resources from Windows devices is governed by corporate security controls, which apply equally to personal (BYOD) devices. Personal Windows 10 devices registered in Microsoft Entra ID will be blocked from accessing corporate resources under this policy.
Why is this changing?
Microsoft ended mainstream support for Windows 10 in October 2025. As a result, Windows 10 devices no longer receive regular security updates, increasing security risk to our organization.
What do you need to do?
Please ensure your device is upgraded or replaced with a Windows 11 device before 8 September 2026.
If your device is managed by IT, your local IT support team will communicate the upgrade process where required.
Not sure which version of Windows you’re using?
Press Windows + R, type winver, and press Enter.
A window will open showing your Windows version. If it displays Windows 10, please contact your Local IT support team for guidance on upgrading or replacing your device.
What happens after 8 September 2026?
Any device still running Windows 10 will no longer be able to access Sodexo corporate resources, including Microsoft 365 services, email, VPN, business applications, and internal systems.
